Your room is available from 15.00 on arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us so that you can fully enjoy your arrival and/or departure day.

If you have arrived by car, we kindly ask you to vacate the parking lot at check-out. You can park your car in the “Brüggli” parking garage approx. 100m away.

If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know as our reception is no longer staffed after 18:00, the entrance door closes automatically and you will need a key card to enter the hotel. We will be happy to explain where you can leave it.

Payment options

For payment of the hotel bill we prefer cash or bank transfer in advance. We also accept:

  • ec-direct / Postcard
  • Swiss franc / euro
  • Visa and Mastercard (from CHF 200.00)
  • Advance payment to IBAN no.: CH90 0900 0000 7000 0639 8

Half board can only be booked in advance and for the entire stay. Meals not consumed will not be reimbursed.

If you have booked breakfast in your room, you are welcome to enjoy our a la carte restaurant Il Primo Posto.

Cancellation conditions:

Room:

Cancellations free of charge are possible up to and including 14 days (winter 28 days) before the agreed arrival date. Written cancellation of the stay 13 to 1 days (winter 27 to 1 days) before the confirmed arrival date: 100% according to the reservation confirmation.

Apartments:

Cancellations free of charge are possible up to and including 90 days before the agreed arrival date. Written cancellation of the stay 89 to 1 days before the confirmed arrival date: 100% according to the reservation confirmation.

Groups:

Cancellations free of charge are possible up to and including 30 days before the agreed arrival date. Written cancellation of the stay 29 to 1 days before the confirmed arrival date: 100% according to the reservation confirmation.

Packages:

Cancellation free of charge is not possible.

To protect both sides from unnecessary inconvenience:
If you do not have annual travel insurance, we strongly recommend that you take out temporary travel insurance for the planned hotel stay. If you do not have insurance in the event of cancellation, the entire cancellation costs must be borne by the reservation holder.

To guarantee you a place in our a la carte restaurant Il Primo Posto, we recommend that you make a table reservation.

To make a reservation, simply let us know the desired date and time.

We charge CHF 20 per day for your dog (without food). Your four-legged friend must be kept on a lead throughout the hotel. If you would like to take your dog with you to dinner, we will be happy to reserve a quieter table at the side of our restaurant.

Arrival by car:

Our hotel is located approx. 1.5 km from Obersee in the direction of “Hörnli”. Follow the Poststrasse and you will find our hotel on your left.

The parking spaces in front of our hotel are limited. If all parking spaces are occupied on arrival, there are sufficient public parking spaces about 100m uphill (parking garage Brüggli – for a fee). We have a total of 5 parking spaces in our hotel garage, which we can reserve for you for CHF 14.00/night. Outdoor parking spaces are charged at CHF 5.00/day.

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to reserve outdoor parking spaces. If you cannot find a parking space in front of our hotel, we ask for your understanding.

Arrival by train:

When you arrive in Arosa, the bus stop is right next to the train station. Here you take the bus in the direction of “Hörnli”. Get off at the 5th bus stop “Brüggli, Skischule”. From here, walk along the main road 100m downhill and you will find our hotel on the right-hand side.

There is no possibility to charge your e-car directly at our hotel. However, you will find a total of 4 e-charging stations in the Brüggli parking garage, approx. 100m away.

Although we are not a Welness hotel, you will still find a small but fine wellness oasis with a Finnish sauna and infrared cabin.

You can reserve this daily on site for 45 minutes per day. Advance reservations cannot be accepted.

Opening hours: 15:00 – 21:00.

Alternatively, you can purchase your ski ticket directly from the Arosa Bergbahnen online store. The earlier you book your ticket, the lower the price!

The nearest ski lift “Gondelbahn – Kulm” is 150m walking distance from our hotel. This takes you directly into the middle of the ski area from where you can continue in all directions. The ski school is also located here, where you can also ski down to.

Winter:

You can safely store your ski and snowboard equipment in the hotel’s own ski cellar during your vacation with us. The ski boot racks are heated so that you can get into warm boots in the morning.

Summer:

After challenging trails, there is a bike wash station in our parking lot and a fully equipped workstation. You can park your bike in the lockable bike garage.

No-shows for reservations
A no-show fee of CHF 50.00 per person will be charged for reservations that are not honored without timely cancellation. Cancellation is possible free of charge until 14:00 before the reservation date.
